PDS Therapy LCSW
PDS Therapy is here to help you.
Life in itself can be challenging at times, but with a little support, change can happen. What once appeared difficult in the beginning, can now be manageable.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master’s in social work.
I get to know my clients through extensive listening, relationship building and exploring each individuals’ strengths, as well as weaknesses. Along with a collaborative effort of both the clinician and client, specific tailored goals are created and implemented utilizing different therapeutic methods specifically, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, strength-based approaches, and interpersonal therapy.
I use a compassionate therapeutic approach that allows you to leave with a clearer understanding of what you want and need in order to reach your respective goals.

I specialize in helping people build character, confidence, and self-esteem in order to enhance the quality of one’s life. I assist clients in recognizing specific challenges that create discomfort, friction, and confusion in their or their family’s life, while guiding them toward a solution that is meaningful to each individual, couple or family. Some of these goals are achieved by working on unresolved issues from the past affecting your quality of life in the present.

I approach each client's needs with honesty, integrity, and compassion.
I am committed to exploring, challenging and achieving creative goals that are specific to the client. Part of my method to achieve these goals has to do with teaching and practicing coping skills and communication skills, which helps assist the client in building a strong foundation. Once established, these new techniques become a way of life and create a way to deal with reducing stress and anxiety in order to find a better balance and quality of existence.
